Polydex Pharmaceuticals Limited develops and
manufactures dextran-based products for use in drug
delivery and in therapeutic compounds with a variety of
health care applications.

Polydex serves markets across North America and exports its
products to customers around the world. Its stock is publicly
traded in the United States on the Pink Sheets, Over The Counter
Bulletin Board system under the symbol POLXF.             
                                                                                                                            
A Strong Foundation

Polydex Pharmaceuticals has been in continuous operation since 1969. The Company’s business is based on the solid foundation of tangible material assets and worldwide sales of its superior quality product line.  The Company also maintains ownership of patents and other intangible assets including intellectual property, government licenses and government license applications.  The Company’s 28,000 sq. ft. facility in Toronto has been undergoing refurbishment and equipment upgrades in recent years, and once fully online is expected to increase production capacity going forward. Management has devoted efforts to also improve the profitability of liquid product, and those recent improvements to production processes are already showing positive results. 

Research Programs
Polydex still maintains an internal research program concentrating on
Its own products and developing these for new customers. Interest has
Been consistently strong for some time although new sales are yet to
materialize. The company remains confident these will be forthcoming
in the near future.
